Buying a home in the United States is very different than in other countries.
When buying a home in the United States, here’s what you
need to know:
● As a buyer, your Realtor works for you, on your behalf,
● We work on commission only. We get paid by the
seller (or builder on new construction) only when a transaction is
● Realtors share information and ‘co-broke’ commission. Therefore, we have
access to every home on the market including new home construction.
● You only need to work with one agent. One agent can show you every
home. There are many Realtors in Central Florida. It is important to find
one that specializes in the International Market as this is very different than
residential sales. Find one that you like and stick with them.
